Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best experience possible at our retreats. Due to the significant planning and preparation involved, and to curate the best experience possible we have implemented a strict **no refund policy**. Please carefully review the terms below before making your booking:

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

1. Full balance is due 3 months before retreat starts unless otherwise indicated.

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to findingzenterretreats@gmail.com with the subject line “Retreat Cancellation Request.”

2. No Refunds

All payments due are non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation or the reason for cancellation. This includes the full retreat cost and any deposits made.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. No Transfers or Rescheduling

Reservations are strictly non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, your booking will be canceled, and no refund or credit will be provided.

Rescheduling your booking to a future retreat will be considered on a case by case basis.

5. Retreat Postponement or Cancellation by Finding Zenter Retreats

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer a credit for a future retreat. No cash refunds will be provided. We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Finding Zenter Retreats will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. Finding Zenter Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

6. Mandatory Travel Insurance

We require all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers retreat cancellation, travel disruptions, and medical emergencies. It is your responsibility to secure this insurance, and failure to do so is at your own risk.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), no refunds will be provided. However, at our sole discretion, a credit may be offered for future retreats.
